Job Description

Welcome to the Jungle is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to drive our end-to-end recruitment and strategically support our managers in building their teams. Reporting directly to our Talent Acquisition Team Lead, your responsibilities will be as follows:

Key Responsibilities

🎯 Hiring Plan Delivery (80% of the role!)

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment for all departments, ensuring timely delivery of hiring goals aligned with company objectives: own the full cycle from job briefing to offer closing.

  • Develop and execute sourcing and selling strategies to build and engage robust, high-quality talent pipelines for current and future roles.

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand their needs, advise them on market realities, and provide strategic talent insights.

  • Monitor and optimise your recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, time-to-process, quality-of-hire, offer acceptance rates) to ensure a highly efficient hiring process.

  • Identify possible obstacles to hiring within your perimeter, create targeted action plans, and drive their execution to overcome bottlenecks.

  • Drive excellence in candidate evaluation by rigorously applying our methodology ('Hire Better Faster Stronger') and coaching your hiring managers on interviewing best practices

  • Actively participate in recruitment transformation initiatives to level up our talent acquisition processes and practices, ensuring we are consistently recruiting game changers.

  • Apply and champion DEI initiatives within your daily recruitment processes to help build diverse and inclusive teams.

🤝 Candidate Experience & Collaboration

  • Deliver a stellar candidate experience, ensuring transparent communication, constructive feedback, and a seamless process from the first touchpoint to onboarding.

  • Foster a culture of excellence and collaboration by sharing knowledge, sourcing techniques, and candidate pipelines with the rest of the TA team.

  • Communicate regularly and provide clear visibility to your business stakeholders regarding your progress on open roles and pipeline health.

  • Act as a mentor for junior team members (Interns or Apprentices) by sharing your expertise and leading by example in your daily operations.

🚀 Innovation and Hiring Excellence

  • Contribute to Employer Branding projects and act as a strong brand ambassador to strengthen the company's position as an employer of choice and an HR Tech leader.

  • Leverage and test innovative AI-powered tools and new initiatives to optimize your daily TA workflows and sourcing efficiency.

  • Share market intelligence, enrich best practices, and actively contribute to updating the TA playbooks.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience: You have at least 4 years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced, tech, or scale-up environment.

  • Languages: You are fluent in both English and French (written and spoken), allowing you to seamlessly conduct interviews and communicate with international stakeholders.

  • Sourcing & Execution: You have a strong track record of developing creative sourcing strategies and building robust talent pipelines for various roles.

  • Business Partnering: You act as a true strategic advisor, with the ability to influence, guide, and challenge hiring managers effectively.

  • Data-Driven: You are comfortable tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate) to continuously optimize your processes.

  • Candidate-Centric: You possess excellent communication skills, deep empathy, and a genuine passion for delivering a stellar candidate experience.

  • Team Player & Innovator: You are curious about new TA trends (including AI tools), eager to share best practices, and excited to mentor junior team members.
