Verso is an AI-native consumer research platform. Our AI conducts 1:1 qualitative interviews at scale in any language, then analyzes transcripts into structured, actionable reports in under a week, at a fraction of traditional cost. We serve global brands across the world.
We are a small team with high standards and a clear thesis: consumer research has been broken for decades, and AI is finally the right tool to fix it.
Verso was founded by Lydia & Camille. Lydia spent 7 years at BCG leading AI-powered transformation for CPGs and knows the pain inside out. Camille is an AI expert and pioneer in agentic systems. Together, they decided to build Verso to turn consumer understanding into a real-time competitive advantage for all of their clients.
What you will own
Industry positionning. You bring a roster of relationships with insights, marketing, and innovation leaders at global brands. You convert those relationships into pilots, and pilots into long-term contracts. You are not dependent on inbound; you generate your own pipeline.
Commercial strategy for Verso. You work with the founders to define how we price, position, and sell. You know what the market will bear, where the competition is weak, and which verticals or geographies to prioritize.
Client relationships at the most senior level. You are the person clients call when they need a thought partner, not just a vendor. You show up at conferences, you write, you speak, you represent Verso in the industry conversations that matter.
Product direction from the market. Because you are deep in client conversations, you are also the clearest signal we have about what the platform needs to do next. You feed that back into our roadmap with authority.
Early team building. As Verso scales, you will help define what the commercial function looks like and hire into it.
